At Inside Design we are passionate about this story that originated in Guatemala. There, a group of artisans dedicate hours of their day to the search and collection of river stones. Once selected and collected, these stones are transported in carts to a workshop. Through a ritual-like artisanal process, and depending on the shape of the stone, various artifacts are created.
In this case, we have chosen stones that, once cut, function as bookends, living room decorations or even a door holder.
They are very ingenious ways to use stones, an elegant way to add a rustic and distinctive design to your library, as well as giving a new purpose to a product of nature that has existed for millions of years.
